Thank you for your purchase of our products. We will gladly warrenty the flip flops and our handmade purse against our manufacturing defects for 90 days after purchase. We will not warrenty our shoes or purses against the wearing of hides. Hide wearing will come over time and should be expected.

If you are concerned about the hide wearing on your bag a leather back panel can be added for an additional $25.00 per bag.
